While some celebrities change homes like outfits, David Spade has held on to this Trousdale Estates mansion for over 20 years. Records show the movie star shelled out $4 million for it back in 2001, with the Wall Street Journal reporting that he was smitten with its cool, 1970s look. Who wouldn’t be? It was designed by Edward Fickett, FAIA and built in 1978, a groovy time for both Hollywood and architecture.

Seeking to shake things up, Spade purchased a gorgeous Hollywood Hills modern in 2021 and is now selling his longtime Beverly Hills home for $19.995 million. While the actor seems ready for something different, this property is still as alluring as ever.
