Comedian David Spade has sold his longtime Beverly Hills home for $19.5 million, just a month after listing it for $19.995 million.
The deal closed Tuesday, according to listing agent Stuart Vetterick of Hilton & Hyland, who declined to identify the buyer. He said Mr. Spade received “multiple offers” on the house in celebrity-filled Trousdale Estates. “We are in a market where there is such little supply that it just drives demand,” Mr. Vetterick said. “You can see that across all price points.”
